## Custom, Made-to-Order Products
Sparx Worx products are custom-made to order based on the design and options you select. Production begins shortly after your order is placed. Please review your design and details carefully before checking out.
## Pricing
Prices shown in the design tool and at checkout are estimates based on the options you select. If the details of your submitted builder order differ from the options used to calculate your price, final pricing may be adjusted, and we will contact you before proceeding. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
## Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order and payment is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order — for example, due to a design we cannot produce, a pricing error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, you’ll receive a full refund.
## Production & Shipping Times
Because each item is printed to order, production times vary with order volume and complexity. Estimated timeframes are not guarantees. Shipping timing after dispatch is the responsibility of the carrier.
## Designs & Intellectual Property
The Sparx Worx name, logo, website, and content are our property. The 3D design tool is provided through a third-party platform (Cute Flexi Maker); designs created with it are subject to that platform’s terms. You are responsible for ensuring any custom text, names, or content you request does not infringe the rights of others or include unlawful material. We reserve the right to decline orders containing offensive, infringing, or unlawful content.
## Color & Appearance
Filament color, finish, and texture can vary between production batches and may differ from on-screen previews. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
## Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparx Worx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Products are small printed items and are not toys intended for very young children unless explicitly stated; use common sense regarding small parts and supervision.
## Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
## Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at checkout at the time of your order applies to that order.
